rpt997 FAQ — Frequently Asked Questions

At rpt997, withdrawals normally reach your wallet within one hour of your request. A strong network connection can make it faster. All six methods — KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay — are expected to arrive within one hour. If it has been several hours, contact us via live chat — support is available 24/7.

The minimum withdrawal amount at rpt997 is 30,000 Ks. You must have at least that balance in your account before requesting a withdrawal. Also check whether your bonus wagering requirement is complete — bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until wagering is fulfilled.

Yes — rpt997's withdrawal service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can request a withdrawal any time on Saturday or Sunday evenings and expect it within one hour. We operate on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30), so partner bank hours have no effect on our service.

rpt997 can only send withdrawals to a wallet registered under the same name as your account. This policy is in place to protect financial security and prevent disputes. If you deposited using a wallet that does not match your account name, contact support first to have your account verified.

An accumulator is a betting method where you combine two or more matches into a single bet. Every match must win for you to collect — if any one loses, the entire bet is lost. Because the payout can be much higher, it is a popular choice among players. At rpt997 you can build accumulators across many matches.

Odds show how much you will receive if you win. For example, if you bet 10,000 Ks on Team A at odds of 1.90 and win, you receive 19,000 Ks. A handicap gives a goal advantage or disadvantage to even the match — for example, if Team A is given -0.5, Team A must win by at least 1 goal for your bet to pay out. You can find more examples on the rpt997 football page.

Yes — the rpt997 football section covers EPL (English Premier League), MNL (Myanmar National League), UEFA Champions League, and FIFA World Cup when in season. Players can bet on their favourite competitions, and MNL match times are shown in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).

Live betting lets you place bets in real time while a match is in progress. A bet you placed before kick-off cannot be changed once it is submitted — it is final. Live betting odds move fast, so pay attention to your timing. At rpt997 live betting you can find markets including goal total (over/under), corners, and more.

Once the match ends and the official result is confirmed, the rpt997 system settles your bet automatically and credits your account balance straight away. There may be a short delay depending on match duration and result confirmation. If you have any issue, contact 24/7 live chat with your match code — support is available in Burmese.

The minimum deposit at rpt997 is 10,000 Ks regardless of which payment method you use — KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay. Since a 1-to-1 welcome bonus is available, decide on your budget before your first deposit. You can deposit up to 300,000 Ks to get the maximum bonus.

If your account has not been credited more than five minutes after your deposit, first take a screenshot of the transaction receipt from your KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay app. Then contact rpt997 live chat with that screenshot — support is available 24/7 and will help you straight away in Burmese. Network congestion is rare but issues are usually resolved quickly.

rpt997 does not charge any fees for deposits. The full amount you send via KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay goes into your account. However, KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay may charge their own fees on their end, so check their app beforehand.

Currently, rpt997 supports three deposit and withdrawal methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. All three are Myanmar mobile wallets and support both deposits and withdrawals. If additional methods are added, they will be announced on the site.

When depositing via KBZPay, make sure you enter rpt997's receiving KBZPay number correctly (shown on the deposit page). Include your rpt997 username in the transfer reference — this allows your deposit to be confirmed right away. Do not transfer from a KBZPay account under a different name, as account verification may take longer.

Weekly cashback is a reward where you get a portion of your weekly wagering amount returned to you. At Bronze VIP level you can receive up to 0.3% cashback, Silver up to 0.7%, and Gold VIP up to 1.0%. Cashback is added to your account once a week as a bonus balance.

As your play frequency and wagering amount increase, the rpt997 system will recognize and confirm your VIP level upgrade. Play regularly and consistently — active players can move from Bronze to Silver, and from Silver on to Gold. You will be notified of your VIP level upgrade via email or a site notification.

Beyond weekly cashback, VIP players can expect to receive special promotions early, faster withdrawal processing, closer personal support, and VIP-only bonus offers. Contact the rpt997 support team for full details.

Yes — rpt997 is built to run fully from a mobile browser. No app download needed. Just open rpt997.im in Chrome, Safari, or any browser, log in to your account, and start playing right away. Football, Live Casino, Slots, and everything else runs well in a phone browser.

The most common cause of slow pages is old browser cache. On Android with Chrome: tap ⋮ → Settings → Privacy → Clear browsing data → tick Cached images and files → tap Clear data. On iOS Safari: go to Settings → Safari → Clear History and Website Data. Then reopen rpt997.im.

On Android with Chrome, open rpt997.im, tap the ⋮ menu → "Add to Home screen" — an icon will appear and work like an app on your Home Screen. On iPhone or iPad with Safari, tap the Share icon (the arrow pointing up from a box) → "Add to Home Screen". This lets you open the site full-screen without a browser address bar.

rpt997 runs well on any phone with Android 8.0 or above, or iOS 13 or above. Supported browsers include Chrome (Android / iOS), Safari (iOS), and Samsung Internet (Galaxy phones). Keep your browser updated regularly so Live Casino streaming and Live Betting run smoothly.

rpt997 is built with a mobile-first responsive design, so the layout on a phone is more compact than on desktop and is designed specifically for mobile browsers. Switching to landscape mode (rotating your phone sideways) gives you a wider view of the Live Betting table. If the screen looks off, reset your browser zoom level to 100%.
